District Hospital Infra Issue: Committee of Doctors formed to probe
Kargil: A committee of doctors and technicians has been appointed for the purchase inspection of CT scan machine here at District Hospital Kargil.
Kargil 300 bedded hospital was announced on 7th November 2022 by the former Lt Governor of Ladakh, RK Mathur, and had said that Ladakh would become an exemplary hospital in the region with state-of-the-art facilities that would be bigger than a medical college.
After this, the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Council has launched a modern-style city-sequencing mission under Apex Savings, but it has not materialized yet.
A few days ago, due to the breakdown of the whistle scanning machine, the entire people of Kargil were in a stir. Some machine parts have been procured from outside.
