Leh: Director, Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA) Dharamshala, Dhondup Tsering called on Chairman/CEC, Adv. Tashi Gyalson today. He was accompanied by Assistant Artistic Director cum Musician, Phuntsok Tsering.
Dy Chairman Tsering Angchuk, EC Art/Culture Stanzin Chosphel, and EC Minority Ghulam Mehdi were also present during the meeting.
Director TIPA briefed the Executive Council about the work and functioning of TIPA Dharamshala and their role in preserving the Art and cultural heritage of Tibet. They further extended their gratitude for having them in Leh and performing in front of Ladakhi audience.
Appreciating their performances, CEC Gyalson discussed further cooperation & and the need for having collaboration for cultural exchange between artists from Ladakh & TIPA in future.
