DIET organises community mobilization program at GMS Chushot

Leh: As a part of Janbhagidari event celebration, District Institute of Education and Trainings Leh (DIET Leh) organised a community mobilization program headed by Principal, Tsetan Dorjey at Government Middle School Kuzey Chuchot.

Zonal Education Planning Officer, Chamba Standar, chief guest added that through collective action and a shared vision we can harness the potential within our community. Later, he assured to fulfil the demands put forth by the Department.

During the day-long program, the Head of Departments (HODs) of DIET Leh emphasized the paramount importance of community participation in the holistic development of our children.

It was informed that a series of activities & programs aiming at promoting & endorsing the theme of ‘Ensuring Foundation Literacy and Numeracy (FLN)’, especially in the context of blended learning is being organised in all Govt. Schools across Indian States from June 1 to June 15, 2023.

The event was attended by School Management Committee (SMC), Village Education Committee (VEC), Parents, Villagers, school students, and teachers.
