Leh, February 23, 2026: The District Institute of Education and Training Leh successfully conducted a One-Day Orientation Programme on the DIKSHA Learning Management System and Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL) at its Mini Hall in Leh.
The programme was organised for Zonal Coordinators with the objective of strengthening the effective implementation of digital learning initiatives across schools in the district.
The session was led by Mr. Lobzang Jigmet, who served as the Resource Person. He provided a comprehensive overview of the DIKSHA platform, detailing its key features, course enrollment procedures, access to digital content, progress tracking systems, and the significance of Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL) in enhancing student outcomes through customized learning pathways.
Addressing the participants, Ms. Tsering Yangdol, DIKSHA State Coordinator and Head of Department at DIET Leh, highlighted the critical role of Zonal Coordinators in ensuring effective dissemination and utilization of the platform. She emphasized the need to properly introduce DIKSHA and its features to teachers in their respective zones and to provide continuous guidance and handholding support for smooth implementation at the school level.
The programme concluded with an interactive discussion session, allowing participants to clarify implementation strategies and share feedback.
The initiative marks a significant step towards strengthening digital education and enhancing the quality of teaching-learning processes in the Union Territory of Ladakh.
