Zanskar, November 3: 
Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Zanskar, Sh. Omkar Rajendra Gundage, IAS, chaired a comprehensive review meeting to assess the monthly progress of developmental activities and address key issues concerning the subdivision. The meeting was held at the Conference Hall, Dak-Bungalow Padum.
The session was attended by officials from various departments, including the Executive Engineer (R&B), BMO, ZEO, Range Officer Zanskar, Principals of Hr. Secondary Schools Padum and Phey, along with Headmasters of all high schools, TSO, and other departmental officers.
During the review, the SDM took detailed feedback on the status of ongoing projects and examined the staff strength across departments. He emphasized the importance of punctuality and directed officials to ensure regular attendance and effective supervision of their subordinates.
Addressing the concerns raised by the Heads of Departments (HODs), SDM Gundage instructed officers to address pending issues on priority and assured that unresolved matters would be escalated to higher authorities for swift redressal.
The meeting concluded with a call for coordinated efforts and accountability to ensure the timely completion of development projects in the subdivision.
