Leh: Deputy Commissioner Leh, Romil Singh Donk, issued firm directives to all district officers for the consistent use and monitoring of the Aspirational Blocks Performance Portal during a review meeting held at the VC Room, DC Office, Leh. The session focused on assessing the development progress across key sectors—Health, Education, Agriculture, and Social Infrastructure—under the Aspirational Blocks Programme.
Additional District Development Commissioner Sonam Nurboo (JKAS) presented a detailed performance analysis for the quarters ending December 2024 and March 2025, with special attention to Rupsho block. Departmental heads elaborated on their progress in line with the compiled data.
DC Donk emphasized the need for timely data updates and verification on the portal, instructing BSNL to evaluate the current status of network connectivity and identify responsible personnel for portal management. He called for immediate resolution of any technical glitches to ensure smooth data operations.
Highlighting grassroots efforts, ADDC Leh announced a special felicitation ceremony on 28th July 2025, both at the Conference Hall and block level, to honor field-level staff from departments including Revenue, Agriculture, Education, Health, ICDS, and NRLM.
The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer Tsewang Gyalson, ACD A.G. Zargar, CMO, CEO, and other senior officials.
