Jammu: The daughter of labourer, Mohd Iqbal Zargar, Afroza Banoo, has accomplished a significant milestone by passing the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) examination.
Afroza Banoo has been selected to attend GMC Kathua to pursue an MBBS. She is a resident of Kastigarh, a remote area of Doda district. Afroza took her initial studies in different schools of Doda and after that she took coaching from Jammu and cracked the NEET exam.
“While coaching may not be necessary for everyone, appropriate guidance is. However, commitment and diligence are the most important components. I had never thought about going into medicine before, but after finishing high school, I became interested in it, she said.
