Drass, August 14, 2025 – In the spirit of patriotism and national unity, Community Radio Station Drass 90.4 FM in collaboration with Army Goodwill School Drass organized a vibrant “Har Ghar Tiranga” celebration ahead of the 79th Independence Day of our great nation.
The event began with the unfurling of the National Flag, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, creating an atmosphere filled with pride and devotion. Students of AGS Drass presented patriotic songs, speeches, and cultural performances, expressing their love for the motherland. Community members actively participated, carrying the message of the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign to every household in the region.
Speaking on the occasion, the Principal of AGS Drass and the Station Manager of CRS Drass highlighted the significance of the Tricolor as a symbol of India’s unity and sovereignty. They urged citizens to join hands in making the “Har Ghar Tiranga” movement a grand success by hoisting the National Flag at their homes from August 13 to 15.
The event concluded with a pledge to uphold the values of freedom, equality, and brotherhood for which countless freedom fighters laid down their lives.
