Itchoo: In an attempt to mobilise the community, with the objective of spreading the educational awareness, an important program was organised by Pay Center, MS Shargandi at MS Itchu, under the Community Mobilisation Programe on 27th of September, 2024.
Sultan, Teacher, MS Shargandi , briefed about the objective of the program. He urged the students, parents and the VEC members to take the maximum benefits out of the fiesta.
Fayaz Ahmed, Teacher, MS Shargandi, gave a holistic view of educational system of Kargil and the challenges encountered in.
He also talks about, how community can take measure steps to solve the issues of vacant post and the engagement of teachers there in.
Mohd Ali, Teacher, MS Shargandi talks about the significance of community mobilisation, which is a ‘Bottom up Approach’, with the objective of making a significant improvement in education system.
He also emphasise the involvement of all the important stakeholders, like parents, students, Teacher, SMDCs, to progressively change the educational scenario of this far-flung region of Ladakh.
Finally, senior citizens of the village including Nambardar paid their heartfelt gratitude to the teachers and officials of MS Shargandi for sparing a valuable time and organising such a wonderful event.
