Leh: Chairman/CEC LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson, was called on by the newly appointed Administrative Secretary for Public Health Engineering (PHE), Irrigation & Flood Control, and Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Shri Rahul Sharma, IAS (AGMUT: 2013), and felicitated him.
Hon’ble CEC emphasized the urgent need to address challenges arising from the recent flash floods across Ladakh, including the restoration of critical infrastructure. The Secretary assured full commitment to these responsibilities and expressed readiness to work closely with LAHDC to support affected communities and enhance flood resilience.
