CEC stresses on early operationalization of Milk Pasteurisation Plant at Agling

LEH: Chairman/CEC, Tashi Gyalson convened a final review meeting with Secretary Animal/ Sheep Husbandry, Ravinder Kumar to discuss the measures for early operation of the Milk Pasteurisation Plant at Agling.

The CEC stressed the need to meet the objectives of the dairy plant focusing on its sustainability and ensuring maximum benefits to local farmers along with taking care of other welfare needs.

He also discussed the operationalising of the plant with a formal inauguration soon.

The meeting was attended by Director Animal/Sheep Husbandry, Dr Iqbal Ahmed, Dy Registrar Cooperatives (DRC), Dr Mohd Abbas, Chairman Ladakh Dairy Cooperative Federation, Dr. Abdul Qayum, and MD from NDDB, Manoj Solanki.
