Leh: Chairman/CEC, Adv. Tashi Gyalson accompanied by MP Ladakh, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal; DC Leh, Shrikant Suse, Councillor Khaltse; Lobzang Sherab, Chief Engineer PW (R&B) Ladakh, Tashi Chombel and SE PW (R&B) Leh, Nisar Ahmed inaugurated the link road from Dem-Dem Chan to Sumdho Hamlet of Wanla village including a Motorable bridge with a span of 36.6 meters. The officials also inaugurated and launched the Jal Jeevan Mission FHTCs at Sumdho.
Officials of SSD R&B Khaltse and village representatives were present during the occasion.
Villagers of Sumdho expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Chairman, LAHDC Leh, and MP Ladakh for fulfilling their long pending demand and requested them to address other basic grievances of the village.
CEC Gyalson and MP JTN congratulated the villagers of Sumdho for the link road connectivity and assured them to address all the grievances put before them at the earliest possible.
