CEC, JTN felicitate recent promoted officers

LEH: CEC Tashi Gyalson and MP Ladakh JTN congratulated and felicitated Dr Mohd Iqbal, for being promoted to the rank of I/C Director, AHD Ladakh.

They also felicitated Dr Stanzin Rabgais, for being promoted to I/C CAHO, AHD, Leh.
