LEH: The Chairman/CEC LAHDC Leh, Tashi Gyalson attended the inauguration ceremony of Guru Lakhang at Naljorling Photang and was accompanied by MP Ladakh Jamyang Tsering Namgyal; Councillor Thiksey Stanzin Chosfail; Nominated Councillor Konchok Tsephel and venerable monks from different monasteries.
During the occasion, CEC Gyalson in presence of His Eminence 8th Chokyong Palga Rinpoche, MP Ladakh Jamyang Tsering Namgyal and other dignitaries inaugurated the newly constructed Link Road from Hemis-Choglamsar Road to Spalgar Monastery.
His Eminence Palga Rinpoche extended heartfelt gratitude to CEC Gyalson and MP JTN for their unwavering support and also felicitated them during the event.
