Leh: In a moment of pride for the region, Chairman, CEC LAHDC Leh, Advocate Tashi Gyalson, Wednesday met and interacted with Rigzin Angmo, who recently cleared the prestigious Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) examination.

The meeting took place in his office chamber in the presence of Councillor Lobzang Sherab, Her Parents and BJP, Mandal President, where the CEC on behalf of LAHDC, Leh extended his heartfelt congratulations to Angmo on her remarkable achievement.

Expressing his admiration for her hard work and perseverance, CEC lauded Angmo’s dedication that culminated in this significant success and an inspiring for other young individuals in Ladakh to pursue their dreams with unwavering commitment.

The CEC also took the opportunity to congratulate Angmo’s parents, acknowledging their role and support in their daughter’s journey.

Councillor of Khaltsi, Lobzang Sherap, also extended his congratulations and best wishes to Rigzin Angmo and her parents on her outstanding accomplishment.

As a token of appreciation and recognition of her achievement, CEC presented Ms Rigzin Angmo with traditional Khataks and a formal appreciation letter.

This gesture underscored the pride and honor that Angmo’s success has brought to the region. Rigzin Angmo’s achievement in cracking the UPSC examination is a testament to her intellect, diligence, and strong will.

Her success story is expected to resonate deeply within the community, serving as a beacon of inspiration for aspiring civil servants in Ladakh.
