CEC appreciates efforts of Lamstan School for preserving culture, tradition

LEH: Chairman/CEC, Tashi Gyalson attended the establishment of the auspicious great gate to the first floor of the Guru Shrine, Lhakhang on the campus of Lamstan Model Public School, Leh Thursday.

The founder of the school, H.E Thupstan Chomphel Rinpoche, Principal Lamstan Model School, other officials, staff, and students were present to witness the auspicious occasion.

In his speech, Chairman/CEC, Tashi Gyalson, expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the school in preserving culture and tradition through education.

He lauded the efforts of H.E Chomphel Rinpoche in providing quality education through the school that is inclusive and accessible to all, regardless of their background or socio-economic status.

H’CEC further assured all possible assistance from the Hill Council, Leh in the future. The event had a colorful cultural performance in the end.
