Buddha Purnima: CEC Gyalson reviews preparations for celebration

LEH: Chairman/CEC, Tashi Gyalson convened a meeting Friday regarding the preparation of the Celebration of Buddha Purnima in Leh.

CEC Gyalson directed all the HoDs to ensure necessary arrangements which includes decoration of the main venue, seating arrangements, PA System, uninterrupted power supply, drinking water, Medicare facilities, availability of ambulance, invitations, cleanliness and sanitation measures and vital installations, traffic management and other required arrangements for the main events.

Besides, different roles and responsibilities were assigned to respective departments as per work and requirements for the main event.
