Avalanche affected people of Sankoo Chumikchain still awaiting compensation

KARGIL: Dozen of households who have been affected by snow avalanches are still awaiting compensation from the administration.

The residents of Sankoo Chumikchain area of Kargil district were badly affected by the snow avalanches damaging their homes, besides killing their livestock.
