LEH: At Thiksey monastery, the Y20 India delegates were accorded warm welcome by HE Kushok Thiksey Rinpoche Wednesday.
The guests experienced prayers being offered by monks for creation of sand-mandala to promote world peace, making it an enchanting experience.
Earlier in the day, Post a refreshing yoga session to kick start their day, the Y20 India delegates Wednesday witnessed the majestic mask dance at the famed Hemis monastery. The event was a part of their day-long excursion.
The Y20 delegates arrived at Leh a day back, ad were accorded warm and loving welcome by the people and UT administrations.
The Y 20 Pre Summit Meeting under G20 hosted by Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs started Wednesday (April 26) and more than 100 delegates would attend the meeting. The meeting is being organised from 26th to 28th April.
