APSAK holds Meeting cum Interactive Session in Kargil

KARGIL: A meeting cum Interactive Session of All Private School association Kargil (APSAK) with the Joint Secretary General Administration Department JKBOSE Shri. Aijaz Ahmad Hakkak, Director Academics Dr.Arif Jan and Section Officer Administration Hilal Hameed was held at Jaffaria Academy of Modern Education Higher Secondary School Kurbathang.

The Assistant Secretary Sub Office Kargil Mohammad Abdullah along with Section Officer Sub Office Kargil Issa Mohammad,Head Assistant Sub office Kargil Mohammad Abdullah, Examination Incharge Sub office Kargil Mohammad Toha, Executive members APSAK, Managing members and Principal’s of all private schools associated with JKBOSE attended the meeting.

The agenda of the meeting was to discuss about the some of the core issues such as Registration cum affiliation, Curriculum framework, textbook, Examination, Implementation of NEP 2020, and training programs etc.

The meeting formally started with the recitation of holy Quran by a Student of JAME Kargil followed by presentation of traditional Khatak from the President APSAK, Gulzar Hussain Munshi Kingi to the distinguished guests from JKBOSE.

Then the General Secretary APSAK Nasir Hussain Shabani presented formal welcome speech followed by the speech of Joint Secretary and Director Academics JKBOSE.

While speaking in the meeting, both the presented guest highlighted the Pro-active role of JKBOSE in providing quality education in all such far flung areas.They appreciated the role of Private institution particularly in district Kargil for catering the students from all sections of the society.

They stress for active cooperation of all stakeholders and assured that JKBOSE is committed to provide all sort of facilities at door steps for the better future of the students under One nation, one curriculum.
They also stress for the implementation of SOS Scheme for providing alternative academic support to the drop-out students.

During Q & A session, various issues/queries of schools with the JKBOSE authorities was also discussed. The officers assured to sort out all issues on time for providing a better facilities.

They also assured that Chairman JKBOSE will himself visit in the coming month of September to check the functioning of all Schools.

Concluding the session, Gulzar Hussain Munshi Kingi, President APSAK delivered the vote of thanks to the guests for such an engaging talk and expressed gratitude for taking out their valuable time for their kind visit at Kargil.

Gulzar Hussain Munshi expressed gratitude to JAME Kargil for the technical support. He also thank all the managing members and Principals’ of Private School Kargil for their presence and making the program successful.

The program was concluded with light tea refreshments cum photo session. After the meeting, a grand lunch feast was hosted by association to all the distinguished guests at Mezban Hotel and some gifts and Apricot fruits were presented to the guests on behalf of Association. They also paid thanks to all the association executive members for organizing such grand reception and feast.
