Leh: Students and teachers from the Army Goodwill School (AGS), Farona undertook an enriching educational tour to Leh from October 31 to November 2, 2025. The three-day excursion provided a valuable opportunity for participants to experience Ladakh’s vibrant heritage, culture, and history.
During the visit, the group explored several renowned landmarks including the Hall of Fame, Leh Palace, Central Asian Museum, Shanti Stupa, and various monasteries and attractions en route. The tour offered students a first-hand understanding of Ladakh’s unique blend of tradition and modernity.
In addition to sightseeing, the excursion also served as an academic exchange. Students of AGS Farona interacted with their peers and faculty at the Army Public School, Leh, and the University of Ladakh (Leh Campus), fostering educational dialogue and cultural understanding.
The tour proved to be both educational and inspiring, broadening students’ horizons and deepening their appreciation for the region’s rich legacy.
