Leh: The 25th anniversary of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan was celebrated with enthusiasm and a renewed commitment to the spirit of service under the leadership of BJP State President Tashi Gyaltson Khachu at Sheynam Community Hall, Leh, Ladakh.
The silver-jubilee programme brought together senior office-bearers, representatives, coordinators and grassroots functionaries associated with the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan to commemorate 25 years of dedicated service and social engagement.
Shri O. P. Dhankar, National Coordinator of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, attended the programme as the Chief Guest. Addressing the gathering, Shri Dhankar congratulated the organisers, office-bearers and volunteers on completing 25 years of the Abhiyan and emphasised the importance of seva, dedication, unity and social responsibility.
The meeting was attended by Shri Tsering Angchuk, Deputy Executive Councilor (EC), alonng with all State Vice Presidents, the General Secretary and Chief Spokesperson. Representatives of the Mahila Morcha and Yuva Morcha, State Seva Sankalp Coordinators, all District Presidents and district-level office-bearers also participated in the programme.
The gathering provided an opportunity to reflect on the remarkable 25-year journey of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan and acknowledge the contribution of its office-bearers, coordinators and volunteers who have worked to strengthen the spirit of service and social responsibility at the grassroots level.
Speaking on the occasion, Tashi Gyaltson Khachu said that the completion of 25 years is not merely a celebration of the past but also a renewed pledge to expand the reach of the Abhiyan and encourage greater participation in service-oriented activities, particularly among the youth.
