Kargil, September 19, 2025 – The 2 Ladakh Battalion NCC, Kargil, successfully concluded its 10-day Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) with a vibrant Cultural Programme and Camp Fire organized at the unit headquarters.
During the camp, cadets actively participated in a variety of training and educational activities. They underwent rigorous drill sessions, weapon training, and lectures on drone technology, along with several other informative lectures aimed at developing leadership, discipline, and awareness. A volleyball tournament competition was also conducted, adding sportsmanship and enthusiasm to the camp.
The Cultural Programme and Camp Fire on the closing day highlighted the talent and creativity of cadets through cultural performances, songs, and dances, which created an atmosphere of unity and festivity.
Speaking at the conclusion, the Commanding Officer of 2 Ladakh Battalion NCC appreciated the cadets for their active participation and learning spirit throughout the camp. He also acknowledged the dedicated efforts of the ANOs, instructors, and staff in successfully organizing the camp.
The event ended with the distribution of prizes and awards to cadets who excelled in training, sports, and cultural activities, leaving behind unforgettable memories and valuable lessons for all participants.
