Bhaderwah: The Business School Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu organized a placement drive of ICICI Bank under the able guidance of Professor Rahul Gupta, Rector Bhaderwah Campus for the students of various departments of the campus.

ICICI Bank is one of the most renowned private sector banks in India, and their presence at the placement drive can offer excellent opportunities for the students.

Prof. Rahul Gupta congratulated TBS, Bhaderwah Campus for taking such initiatives for the holistic development of the students.

The drive was aimed at providing excellent employment opportunities to the talented youth of the campus. Mr Ajeet Singh, Senior Executive and Mr Himanshu Divedi, Assistant Manager from the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT) conducted the placement drive.

The placement drive was based on a rigorous selection procedure which includes personal interviews, assessment of the candidate’s interpersonal skills through psychometric test, evaluating candidate’s domain knowledge, problem solving abilities, communication skills and overall suitability for various roles in the banking sector.

The drive began with the welcome address by Mohammed Avais, Incharge Head of the Department. He warmly welcomed invited corporate guest, faculty members of different departments and participating students in the program.

Mr Ajeet Singh, Senior Executive and Himanshu Divedi, Assistant Manager from the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT) gave a detailed presentation about the organization and job profile. Thereafter, the placement procedure begins with the written test and personal interviews.

Dr Rohit Bhagat, Placement Coordinator concluded the placements drive and delivered a formal vote of thanks. He assured the audience that more MNCs and corporate houses shall visit the campus for the placements in future.

On behalf of TBS Dr Bhagat placed on record his heartiest gratitude to Rector, Bhaderwah Campus, faculty members and the students of campus for their cooperation in the event.

The overall the drive was very successful and well-coordinated by faculty members of the campus including Dr Sunil Bhardwaj, Dr. Umesh Choudhary, Dr Neeraj Sharma, Dr. Neeraj Kumar, Aishiya Gupta, Wasim Akram and Vimal Kumar.
