The Ladakh Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Kargil organised “Jashn-e-Nouroz” Festival at at Hardass Kargil the abode of Baltis. CEC LAHDC Kargil Feroz Ahmed Khan, DC Kargil Santosh Sukhdeve, S Anayat Ali and Director School Education Safdar Ali took part in the festival and were welcomed with Traditional Khataks. Later, the Guest visited various Food Stalls decorated by villagers from all Over Kargil with Ethnic Foods. Take a look:
