The 79th Independence Day was celebrated at DC Office Leh today on August 15. Deputy Commissioner Leh, Sh Romil Singh Donk hoisted the National Flag, followed by singing of National Anthem to celebrate this glorious day.
Later, a cake cutting ceremony was done to celebrate the day. Senior Superintendent of Police Shruti Arora IPS, Additional Superintendent of Police Rigzin Sandup, Additional Deputy Commissioner Ghulam Mohd, Assistant District Development Commissioner Leh Sonam Nurboo, Chief Planning Officer Tsewang Gyalson and other officers and officials were present during the occasion.
