Leh: As many as 44 Ladakh women sarpanches from different areas of Union Territory of Ladakh will participate in 7 days training at Hyderbabd at National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR).

A official source told Indus Dispatch, the training session will commence from December 7 and culminate on December 14th .
He informed that the boarding/lodging Including travel expenses by air from Leh to Hyderabad and back, shall be arranged by the Rural Development & Panchayati Raj Department, UT Ladakh out of the funds under ‘Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA)’ 2022-23.
Moreover, Village Level Worker (VLW) of Block Development Office, Drass-Kargil Shahar Banoo, is also deputed with the Sarpanches for necessary coordination and assistance during the training programme.
