Leh: Chairman/CEC, Adv. Tashi Gyalson launched the “Izhar-e-Khayal”, the 5th Book of Jigmet Norbu (Khayal Ladakhi), the first Buddhist Urdu Poet from Ladakh.
CEC Gyalson congratulated Khayal Ladakhi on the launch of his new book and appreciated his efforts.
The CEC also wished him best in his future endeavors. He further assured all possible assistance through various platforms from the Hill Council, Leh in the future.
Jigmet’s book has been also launched at the Ghalib Institute, Delhi and at the Aligarh Muslim University.
