Kargil: The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd) and First Lady Neelam Mishra visited Government Degree College (GDC) Kargil where he inaugurated the College’s Girls Hostel and Beauty Skill Centre in the presence of the Chairman of LAHDC Kargil, Feroz Ahmed Khan and Commissioner Secretary, Higher Education, Padma Angmo the previous day.
He also released the multilingual college magazine, ‘Kaliman’ and the annual Ladakhi traditional design calendar bearing G20/Y20 theme on the occasion.
