Leh, June 13: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, four new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday.
While a total of 168 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh 124 sample reports in Leh and 40 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative. The bulletin further informs that no patient was cured and discharged and was discharged by CMO Leh. UT Ladakh has received four new positive sample report. Out of which two positive samples reports received by CMO Leh and two were received by CMO Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 17, out of which 15 active cases are in Leh district and 2 active cases are in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 2291 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 1357 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse check post, 480 passengers were screened at Upshi check post.
