Kargil, November 19, 2025: With the OMR-based written examination for district cadre posts approaching, the LAHDC–Kargil Subordinate Services Recruitment Board (KSSRB) held an intensive training session on Wednesday to ensure the test is conducted with full transparency and precision.
Senior officers and examination staff received detailed briefings on procedures designed to safeguard fairness and integrity across all centres. Deputy Commissioner and KSSRB Chairman Rakesh Kumar, IAS, Secretary Jahangeer Akhone, JKAS, and Joint Director Finance Iftikhar Hussain addressed the gathering, stressing neutrality, professionalism, and strict adherence to SOPs.
Superintendents, invigilators, observers, and other key functionaries were trained on centre readiness, handling sealed question papers, verifying candidate identity, managing OMR sheets, and enforcing discipline during the exam. Clear guidelines were reiterated to prevent errors, tampering, or malpractice.
The interactive session strengthened staff preparedness, with participants expressing confidence in conducting a smooth, credible, and well-regulated examination.
