Leh: For the very 1st time in Ladakh, a ‘Foundation Course in Screen Acting’ is being organised by Film and Television Institute of India to help budding artists in Ladakh in honing their acting skills.

The Lt. Governor of Ladakh, RK Mathur inaugurated the course on Monday.
During the inauguration, he appreciated the initiative and said that Ladakh is home to many talented film makers, actors and artists in other fields” and urged the participants to make the most of this unique opportunity.
It is pertinent to mention here that this is going to be a three month long course where the students will learn acting skills from the experts from Film and Television Institute of India at the University of Ladakh’s Leh campus.
