Kargil: Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC, Kargil Santosh Sukhadeve today chaired a review meeting of CAPITAL Budget 2022-23, CAPEX Budget LAHDC, CAPEX Budget State/UT, SDP, Subsidy schemes of LAHDC, UT Budget, languishing projects, and all Centrally Sponsored Schemes(CSS) in his office chamber.
The meeting was attended by Project Officer Wages (ACD), Executive Engineer REW, DPO along with all BDOs.
During the meeting, DC Santosh focused on greywater management projects under MGNERGA and Samagra sanctioned by Education Department for RD&PRD and directed the concerned departments to complete the projects on targeted time.
A detailed discussion was held on the ongoing works under various schemes and the physical and financial progress achieved on ongoing developmental works being executed under district CAPEX Budget 2022-23.
Regarding Capex, the Deputy Commissioner also directed to do the expenditure and work immediately on the projects.
Regarding SDP, the DC instructed to resolve the pending disputes and try to complete the work as soon as possible.
He also directed not to surrender the budget and complete the work on the stipulated time and stress on quality.
DC Kargil also instructed the concerned officers to ensure the completion of 100 percent works that are at the completion stage within the current working season.
During the meeting, DC Santosh directed to immediately start tendering process on solid waste management system in the district.
