 Amid Season’s First & Historic August Snowfall, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju  and LG Ladakh Grace 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐮 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 Suru Summer Festival 2025 began on a truly historic note as Suru Valley witnessed its first-ever August snowfall, transforming the much-awaited summer festival into a spectacular snow festival. The grand inaugural ceremony was graced by Union Minister for Parliamentary and Minority Affairs, Kiren Rijiju, as the Chief Guest, and Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavender Gupta, as the Guest of Honour.
