Drass: Lt Gen Gurbirpal Singh, PVSM, AVSM, VSM Director General National Cadet Corps (DG NCC) visited the Kargil NCC Battalion and paid solemn tribute to the fallen heroes by laying a wreath at the iconic Kargil War Memorial in presence of first ever ceremonial Guard by the cadets.
