Kargil: As part of the National celebrations of Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyan and Seva Parv , a special health awareness lecture on adolescent health was organized today at Council Model High School Goma, Kargil. The programme was conducted by Military Hospital Kargil for students aged 12 to 17 years.
A Lady Doctor from Army Hospital Kargil highlighted the importance of physical and mental well-being, menstrual hygiene, personal cleanliness, and healthy lifestyle practices to support overall growth and sporting careers of the youth.
Headmaster Zarina Batool welcomed the Doctor with traditional khataks, while Anayat Ali, Member of the Village Education Committee, presented a memento as a token of appreciation.
