Leh: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, seven new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday.
While a total of 221 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh 200 sample reports in Leh and 21 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative. The bulletin further informs that one patient was cured and discharged and was discharged by CMO Leh. UT Ladakh has received seven new positive sample reports. All positive sample reports received by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 28, out of which 26 active cases are in Leh district and 02 active cases are in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 2022 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 812 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse check post, 308 passengers were screened at Upshi check post.
