In a move to strengthen the education system across Leh district, the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Leh, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Council Model Schools, Leh, to enhance infrastructure, teaching standards, and overall learning outcomes.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Hon’ble Deputy Chairman, LAHDC Leh, Shri Tsering Angchuk; Hon’ble Councillor Kungyam, Shri Thinles Nurboo; Chief Education Officer, Leh, Smt. Deldan Angmo; Goba, Hemya, Smt. Thinles Angmo; and SMC Chairperson, Smt. Norboo Dolma.
The collaboration aims to foster coordinated efforts between LAHDC Leh and school authorities to ensure improved academic delivery and holistic development of students.
Speaking on the occasion, the dignitaries highlighted that the initiative reflects LAHDC Leh’s continued commitment to building a robust and inclusive educational ecosystem in Ladakh.
This partnership marks another significant step by LAHDC Leh toward ensuring equitable access to quality education and empowering students with better opportunities for the future.
