Leh : A three-day Leadership Communication Program for school leaders began in Leh today, jointly organised by the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Leh, UT Administration, and the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Leh, with GoldenMile Learning as the implementing partner.
Running from August 12 to 14, the programme brings together headmasters, principals, and private school administrators from Leh’s six educational zones. Training modules include Communication for Connection and Influence, Public Speaking: Debunking the Myths, and Building Teams and Leading Change, aimed at boosting communication skills and leadership capacity in the education sector.
The sessions are led by subject expert Tarana Patel and Dr. Neepa Oza, Program Director at GoldenMile Learning Trust, Mumbai.
