Leh: On the second day of Good Governance Week aka Sushasan Saptah 2022, many teams of government officials visited several villages of Leh district to redress public grievances & to make the public aware of various departmental schemes & services.
A camp focused on Good Governance was organised at Lamayuru village by the concerned officers and officials of various departments of Khaltse sub-division.
The officers/officials briefed the participants about the significance of observing Good Governance Week and also discussed various departmental schemes and provided Schedule Tribe Certificates, Resident Certificates, Income Certificates. They also also did Varasad and Mutation on the spot.

At Panchayat Halqa Wanla A and Wanla B in Khaltse sub-division, the concerned departmental officers and officials briefed the villagers and the participants about the importance of observing Good Governance Week to strengthen the nationwide campaign of ‘Prashasan Gaon Ki Aur 2022’. They also informed the participants about various developmental schemes provided by the different departments and urged them to avail benefits of such schemes.

As a part of the ongoing Good Governance Week, a good governance camp was organised at Saspochey village in Liker Subdivision.
Property cards were distributed by the Revenue department along with delivery of various services by different departments to the participants and beneficiaries.
Also a special Aadhar camp was organised, especially focusing on the enrollment of children between the 0- 5 years group.

A teams of officers/officials of Nubra sub-division visited several villages and organised good governance camps to deliver government services and the redressal of public grievances.
Sub-Divisional Magistrate Nubra and team visited Charasa and Kuri villages while the team led by Tehsildar Diskit visited Skuru village. Another team headed by Naib Tehsildar Turtuk visited Tyakshi village to observe Good Governance Week under Sushasan Saptah Prashasan Gaon Ki Aur (SSPGA) 2022.
Villagers in large numbers along with the PRI members participated in these camps.
