Leh: Following the assurance from His Holiness Dalai Lama for his visit to Ladakh, the Chairman, Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) on Saturdays to begin a process for making necessary arrangements.
As per reports, CEC Tashi Gyalson accompanied by Councillor C Khaltsi, District & Sub-divisional officers visited Zer-thang Khaltse to review necessary preparation & assess ground situation in view of the visit of H.H 14th Dalai Lama to sham region next year.

Earlier, HH Dalai Lama has assured that he will visit Ladakh when monsoon season start at Dharmshalla. He also said that Ladakhi people love him.
