During the meeting, Hiraku gave a detailed presentation on the plans for the execution of the renovation project of Gompa Soma Chamra and sought feedback from the officials present during the meeting.
CEC Gyalson appreciated the efforts and contribution of LOTI in the preservation and conservation of various heritage sites including Leh old town and further asked them to collaborate with the Hill Council Leh and the Administration in restoring important heritage sites within Leh Ladakh.
The meeting was attended by EC Art & Culture, Stanzin Chosphel; ADC/CEO LDA, Sonam Chosjor; Xen LDA, representatives from Leh Old Town Initiative (LOTI) led by Yutaka Hiraku and Gobas of Leh Phud-Dho.
