KARGIL: Divisional Commissioner Ladakh, Saugat Biswas on Wednesday carried out a tour of Kargil district and inspected various projects and developmental works.
The Divisional Commissioner visited newly constructed Incubation Centre Handloom at Ando, showroom sight Handloom & Handicraft at Kurbathang, Helipad Kurbathang, New District Hospital Kurbathang, besides other projects.
He also inspected a Sanitary Pad making centre at Thasgam Sankoo by Self Help Groups of NRLM Kargil and appreciated the initiative which is providing important Sanitary Pads at lesser prices to village women.
