He said that the this will be a major decision-support tool for the sustainable management of water resources, and the designing of water-related infrastructure in Ladakh.
The objective of UT WIC is to standardize water-related data & GIS layers; Sharing & integration of data; Develop common validation tools & UT-specific applications, among others.
