The district-level Kala Utsav, an event to promote arts in education, organized by Samagra Shiksha Education Department Kargil, concluded at Auditorium Hall, Kargil.
During the concluding ceremony, Chairman/CEC, LAHDC, Kargil, Feroz Ahmed Khan was the chief guest, Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC, Kargil, Santosh Sukhadeve was the guest of honour, Director School Education, Ladakh, Safdar Ali was the special guest. Besides this, CEO Kargil, Mushtaq Ahmed, jury members, teachers, participating students, parents and concerned officials were present during the occasion.
