Leh: BJP MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal visited Teakshi Karpothang village, interacted with the villagers and discussed various issues pertaining to the overall development of the village.
The was accorded with warm reception to the village as he was the first leader of Ladakh who visited the village.
During the interaction with the villagers MP assured to fulfill the demand made by the villagers to construct a motorable bridge on Shayok River to connect the village.
Jamyang also enquired about the last mile delivery of the Govt. Schemes formulated by Modi Sarkar and interacted with the beneficiaries of PM Garib Kalyan Yojanas, PM Kissan Samman Nidhi, Swachh Bharat Mission, Ujjala Yojana, Ujwala Yojna etc.
During his visit, all the villagers alongwith the leaders & supporters of Indian National Congress joined BJP Ladakh.
