Leh: A grand and heartfelt welcome was accorded to the newly appointed Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, upon his arrival at Leh Kushok Bakula Rinpoche Airport today.
The reception, led by Tashi Gyaltson Khachu, BJP State President of UT Ladakh, marked a significant moment in the political landscape of the Union Territory.
