Leh: Lt. Governor of Ladakh, RK_Mathur this morning took part in the 80th birthday celebration of His Eminence Thiksey Rinpoche at the Sherab Skyedsal Ling Learning Centre in Thiksey.
Making a special mention of HE Thiksey Rinpoche’s philanthropy works in his address, Lt. Governor RK Mathur stated that he has worked towards contributing to the improvement of education in Ladakh.
During the event, he also inaugurated open gym and the newly installed Central Heating system set up at the Sherab Skyedtsal Ling Library as part of the celebrations of HE Thiksey Rinpoche’s 80th birthday.
